This is a photo I took of my young friend Delanie, with our horse Skye. Delanie was about six at the time, and horse crazy but still a little timid. I just love the feeling between the horse reaching out to her, as Delanie offers a carrot. It was a very sweet and tender moment, not a big moment in the scheme of things but a big moment in the scheme of a very tiny girl who was in love with Horses.
