Again, here is my very favorite subject, my dear equine pal, Encore. House with all my paintings, this is from a photograph I took after we had finished an afternoon ride. The light coming into the barn was perfect. The horse was perfect. This is truly one of my favorite paintings. It is hard for me to say that I am proud of some thing I have done because there are so many artists who are worlds beyond where I am at. But I feel very connected to this painting and I’m proud of the work.
