My little darling, Aero. This painting and its subject to have a little bit of history, and that era grew up to be a wonderful service dog to me.. sadly, Aero was stolen from me from me. After searching desperately for him for a year I discovered that he ended up being surrendered to a northern California golden retriever rescue organization. The Director admitted that they never checked his microchip, and simply assume that the person who surrendered him had the legal right to do so. Have they done so, they would’ve known that I was desperately looking for him. They will not disclose the home to him they adopted him out. I only know he’s in the Sacramento Area, and I pray every day that he is happy and healthy. Aero, I look for you everywhere I go, and I’ll never stop looking.
